After a thriving career in many different group of companies at national and international level, Tanya embraced different fields such as financial , non financial and last but not least, the teaching field. At the very start, she decided to take the challenge of launching Rose & Associates with other business partners, professional and academic institutions. As a motivated, ambitious results-oriented collaborator, she helped to make what the business is today. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resources Management, a Master degree in Business Administration and several professional certifications from Mauritius, UK, France and USA. Tanya has an eye for what makes a business succeed. With several years in the business arena, she has seen it all - and is ready to lead you on the path to success as a professional trainer and coach. She is a member of the Melvin Jones Fellowship (MJF) of the Lion’s club.
